Phase One: Caring and Committed Conversations and Surveys

During this conversation Malik and Sarah will listen to your organization’s DEI journey. Then we will ask you follow up questions to affirm which programs, procedures, and processes best suit your organization's vision and values. This introductory consultation call will be complimentary and will take approx. 30-60mins. After this you will receive a quote based on our recommendations.

Phase Two: Raise Awareness and Invite Expose

Creating a timeline of events.

During this phase a commitment between D.A.T.E. and your organization is developed. 

Together we will establish a calendar of events which will outline the dates for trainings, online sessions, and feedback calls. As a DEI team we customize a process that selects the programs and processes that best fit your organization’s needs. 

Phase Three: Transform Yourself and Create Change

Allow for the change in practices that will create a more equitable education for all participants; students, family, and staff. During this final phase, Malik and Sarah offer Online coaching sessions and two complimentary feedback phone calls to ensure change of practice is occurring and results are real and positive.
