Empowering teachers to engage in transformative Tier One conversations is the goal for this session. Participants will learn how to use reflection questions designed around the P’s of equity. These reflective conversations will encourage teachers to look within themselves (with the support of their colleagues) to change practices to create culturally responsive and equitable Tier One Best Practices.
